02. Kyocera 2255 this phone Dad got for me as my own line. this phone was stolen from me out of my book bag while at a theatre rehearsal. YAY for insurance i had it replaced. it was then "found" and returned to me. so i used the extra one to charge the battery and i carried to batteries. this is were the hole caring to batteries thing started. the Kyocera had this really cool cave game. i was 18 when he got this for me.
03. Samsung SGH R225 this was my first phone on T-Mobile. it was very reliable. i loved this phone. for over a year until i turned 20 and someone got me this flashing battery cover for it. after that it was horrible. it stopped working, it was not OK.
04. Samsung SGH-E105 a few weeks latter i had this phone, i got it from a T-Mobile employ it was an OK phone. noting super cool about it. i had this phone for all of a few months before..
05. Danger hiptop/Sidekick (color) and the love affair begins. this changed my world and i really haven't looked back (except to make this list lol). it was made by Danger Inc. it was the start of smart phones being designed for the non corporate user. it was the cloud before Google, and the likes started offering cloud services. it was a social beast. after a while i had canceled my home Internet and just had this. it was connected at all times.
06. Danger Hiptop 2/Sidekick II (SK2) it wasn't but when this came out i couldn't wait to get it. It had an integrated camera, a flash, better software, more apps. its was a much better form factor. this was just weeks before i turned 21.
07. Samsung SGH-E715 that fallowing spring after almost a year of not having Internet service i decided that i was going to get a second line. at this point in time Edge was the data network laid out, and you couldn't call and use data at the same time, you would get a call and miss people tyring to reach you on instant messengers. this was a horrible phone i toke it back that day.
08. Nokia 3660 i picked up this Nokia to use as my second phone as well as the SK2. this phone could have been my only device, it was power full good camera, lots of apps, it was a very nice device and i miss it sometimes.
09. HP h6315/h6310/h6320/h6325 this HP was the first Windows Mobile (WM) phone i tried. the operating system from Microsoft lead me to even newer options. music, videos, the SK2 was so cool and offered so many things, it was such a change to go from what was a limited and locked down system to the "freedom" of WM lol i know its a little ironic. it also had wifi, it was fun. i had this phone for about 9 months. using the 3660 still.
10. Research In Motion BlackBerry 7100/7105 Research In Motion (RIM) and there international sensation BlackBerry (BB) i figured why not try one so i traded the HP for the BB with still 3660 for my phone calls. this only lasted a few months before i sold it off.
11. Siemens SX66/MDA III/PDA2K (HTC Blue Angel) this was made by HTC before they were the household name they are today. they didn't make a version for T-Mobile, so i got one online unlocked that was made for AT&T this phone was top of the smart phone market for a long time. it was powered by WM.
12. Motorola V600 i ruined the 3660 in the shower, i had been soaking in the tub and i turned on the shower it was to close i didn't even think about it till later. i got this because it was cheap. i was still using the HTC as a PDA only.
13. Motorola V500/V525/V505 i had closed my T-Mobile account and did an AT&T go phone. this didn't last to long before i went back to T-Mobile. i still had the HTC but only used it as a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) didn't have a data plan on it.
14. Motorola V551/V330/V547/V555/V557 the prepaid voice didn't last long for me i went back to T-Mobile, i picked up a contract, and i sold the HTC to get another SK2 i put it on the prepaid account it was a dollar a day for the plan. came out less then the monthly package at the time.
15. Sharp Hiptop 3 / Sidekick 3 SK3 i had gone threw so many SK2 and it was just time to replace it i kept breaking them. this was the first manufacture by Sharp. went on a contract to get this.
16. Nokia 5300 XpressMusic
17. Nokia 2610 i picked up cause it was inexpensive and i was tired of the issues with the 5300 it worked to make calls. using the SK3 still.
19. Nokia 2760 i wanted something with a camera it was OK. then it stopped charging. using the SK3 still.
19. Nokia 6101/6102 so a friend gave me this phone to us. using the SK3 still.
20. Sharp Sidekick 2008 it had picture messaging, and video i was so excited. Roy got one as well, this is when he was added to my account.
21. WRTU54G-TM T-Mobile @Home HiPort Wireless Router made my Linksys this was used for VOIP i was staring my job at DTV and need a VOIP or land line to have the receivers call in over.
22. Nokia 5610 XpressMusic this was much better experience then the 5300. much more similar to the joy i had with then 3660.
23. Cameo this is a digital picture fame that T-Mobile carried. this isn't a phone but it is a monthly bill form T-Mobile. we love this thing and still use it.
24. Sharp Sidekick LX 2009 i got mine when it came out Roy got one a few days later. i was disappointed in it and stopped using it quickly and ordered it was the first 3G SK.
25. Nokia N97 it was a beast, i love it so much, it was designed for AT&T though, and would only do EDGE on T-Mobile. around this time is when Microsoft bought out Danger, and the hole data crash happeend. roy went over to a HTC Touch Pro2
26. Nokia N900 was death to my two lines. i sent the N97 to Number 7. and only used this 3G monster. eventually Roy picked one up as well.
27. Samsung Vibrant (Galaxy S) a very nice media centered device, very fast, nice screen i was in a hotel watching a movie i had the same movie on my phone i looked at the two and said well that's said when the picture on my phone is better. we picked up a LG GS170 / 420g for Roy's Mom.
28. Samsung Sidekick 4G i missed having a keyboard so i had to get this when it came out. its slower then the Vibrant. but i just am not OK with the all touch screen.
not that any one was wondering. but i was board and on the phone with T-Mobile earlier again for an audio issue that still isn't resolved. and it got me thinking so there. i am done.
